Through force of numbers, men often have the most insider knowledge of the workplace. As business leaders, they also understand the commercial costs of inequality for individuals and the company.

To effect real change, however, they also need a commitment to doing what is right.

Debrett’s Allies in the Office Programme coaches in developing effective, positive working relationships with both male and female colleagues.

Led by two expert tutors, the course can be undertaken by mixed or single-sex groups and can be held over one or two days.

Through a combination of behavioural theory and practical exercises, it will demonstrate how to adapt your communication style to others in order to be heard and to listen, while developing the confidence to provide leadership and to encourage and motivate others.
